Yes. Tennis stringing is what we do, and we cover Victoria and Greater Victoria. We pick the racket up from your door, string it the same evening, and bring it back the next day, so you never have to drive across town or leave it sitting in a shop for a week.

The fastest a racket can be returned is within 24 hours if you pick the next day slot. Monday pickups are returned on Tuesday which is a dropoff only day

Yes you have to be home to have your racked picked up and dropped off as we only do hand to hand transfers currently. We will call you when we are on the way to make sure you are home and available to hand us your racket.

We will push your pickup/dropoff slot to the next available day and try again. In extreme cases, rackets can be picked up from our location which is currently not open

Rackets are picked up Friday-Monday and dropped off Friday-Tuesday. The only slot available right now is 11am to 1pm. More days and slots might open up in the future

$9.99 anywhere in Victoria and $14.99 for Greater Victoria. That is one flat fee for the round trip, not each way, and it does not change if you send several rackets at once.

Not at the moment, we collect and return everything ourselves. Pickup and drop-off is the whole service for now.

If you have a tension that already works, tell us and if not the form recommends a tension for you. Lower tension gives more power, higher tension gives more control.

Yes. You pay $19.99 labour and nothing else. The labour rate is the same whether the string is yours or ours.

Yes, a different string in the mains than the crosses, at different tensions if you want. Select the hybrid option when you order.

The rule is: string as many times per year as you play per week. So if you play twice a week, you should restring twice a year. If your strings have gone dead and started to feel dead, that is also a signal.

It matters a lot. Stiff polyester is the most common culprit, especially at high tension. Tell the wizard about the pain and it will rule polyester out entirely and drop the recommended tension. This is not medical advice and if the pain is persistent, see a physiotherapist.

Between $39.98 and $109.98 depending on the string, and that price already includes the $19.99 labour. The pickup fee is separate and charged once per visit, not per racket.

Currently we only accept Interac E-Transfer and cash. Either way you pay after we have picked the racket up, not when you book: E-transfer any time before your drop-off day, or cash at the door when we return it.

Nothing is due when you book. We collect payment after we have picked up your racket and before we bring it back, so you only pay once your racket is actually with us. The deadline for the E-transfer is 11:59PM the day before your drop-off slot, and we email you when we have collected so you know the date. If we have not received payment by then, we hold onto the racket and return it on the next available drop-off day instead. We will not cancel your booking over it.

You need to add your order number which should be in your email to the E-transfer message field so we can track orders. All instructions for the E-transfer will be in your confirmation email.

Please have exact change ready for the DROP-OFF, not the pickup. Cash is handed over when we bring the racket back. We may or may not be carrying change with us, so the exact amount is a big help.
