How it works
You leave it out. We do the rest.
We pick your tennis racket up from your door in Victoria, restring it, and bring it back within 24 hours. You never leave the house.
01
Book a day
Choose a collection day, currently it is Friday to Monday and then tell us the string and tension you want, and where the racket will be. Please do note that you do have to be home to hand us the racket.
02
We pick up
We come pick up the racket from 11am–1pm, Friday to Monday. We will give you a call roughly 15-20 minutes before we head out to make sure you're home and ready to hand us your racket for stringing.
03
It gets strung that evening
The racket is taken back to our shop where we string it with the specified string and tension. The payment for the stringing has to be done during this time unless it's a cash order for which we collect payment upon dropping off the racket.
04
It comes back as fast as the next day within 24 hours
Collected Friday, back Saturday. Collected Monday, back Tuesday. The only requirement is that the E-transfer has to be made by 11:59PM the day before drop off. Once again we will give you a call about 15-20 minutes before we arrive to ensure you are home to collect your racket.
